Intensive Condominium Directors Course

Did you know that Condominium Directors are required to complete a basic on-line course through the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO), as a minium requirement? Many directors find that this course leaves many questions unanswered and there is no opportunity to ask the questions you have.  

CCI-Huronia has built an Intensive Condominium Director's Course to expand the learning of the CAO course and leave no questions unanswered.

On April 23 and 24, 2022, CCI-Huronia will be hosting this course in Barrie, Ontario which will provide an in- learning experience with a focus on the practical aspects of being a director. They will be covering topics in greater detail in order to assist you to meet your legal duties and responsibilities.  A variety of condo professionals; in condominium law, management, engineering, insurance and finance, will explain and provide practical tips on the various aspects of condominium governance and management. With their case studies, they will be sharing real life examples of issues directors are facing, which will leave you with lessons learned and practical tips. To complete the comprehensive learning experience, there will be plenty of opportunities to ask their experts the questions you want answers to and to network with other directors.
