Bayshore Landing Condominiums is one of Barrie's most distinctive condominium complexes in downtown Barrie and is thought of as one of the finest addresses north of Toronto. It consists of two high-rise towers, 140 Dunlop Street East; the east tower and 150 Dunlop Street East; the west tower.
Both buildings have been upgraded and are modern in style. One of Bayshore's signatures is the large archways to its entryway with a cobblestone turnaround and large water fountain in the middle. You are greeted by a bright and open lobby, complete with marble floors, mirrors, a variety of plants and leather seating that gives the space a warm and inviting feel.
Bayshore Landing offers their residents a variety of one bedrooms, one bedroom plus dens and two bedroom units. They are all quite spacious and the majority have gorgeous views of Kempenfelt Bay. Unfortunately, not all units in this complex have balconies. If you wish to have outdoor space, both the Penthouse units and the units on the third (3rd) floor have balconies or terraces.
